Indoor Power Player

Toyota’s Core Electric Forklift is big on small-space productivity. This forklift can carry up to 6,500 pounds and lift as high as 23 feet. When the going gets tight, the Core Electric gets going.

More comfort equals greater productivity and that’s the driving force behind Toyota’s Core Electric’s operator compartment — an ergonomically designed to maximize efficiency. With intuitive controls, power steering for smooth responsiveness and vibration dampening reduces operator fatigue. A memory tilt steering column and seat adjustments accommodate operators of all sizes. And a heavy-duty non-slip floor mat minimizes noise, heat, and vibration.

Electric Forklift Ergonomics

Toyota’s Core Electric Forklift four-way adjustable full-suspension seat means a wider seat for operators with no hip constraints for easy entry and exit. The hydrostatic (on-demand) power steering will provide a smooth, responsive operation while isolating vibration and shock. Dual operator assist grips give operators a lower, wide step for easy forklift entrance and exit from both sides.

Key Security Features

The main electric forklift’s safety features include the Active Stability System (SAS), ™ which automatically detects potentially unsafe conditions and activates additional safety features to increase operator protection and reduce damage to the product and forklift. Other safety features include a bolt-on top guard, a key-drop interlock, a foot-operated parking brake, and a manual return to neutral.

Serviceability

Toyota’s Core Electric Forklift is designed for easy service. This includes motors and controllers that are easily accessible without the need for tools. With an assist on the battery compartment hood and a planned maintenance indicator, operators can focus on the job at hand.
