23 May Toyota Material Handling Systems Becomes OTTO Motors Certified Dealer
Suwanee, GA (May 23, 2023) – Toyota Material Handling Systems (TMHS) is excited to become a Certified Dealer for OTTO Motors. This partnership will allow TMHS to bring the latest autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions to its customer base.
“Toyota Material Handling Systems values the role AMRs play in our market, enhancing warehouse safety, efficiency, flexibility, and total cost of ownership,” said Corporate Systems Manager, Lee Jones. “Due to rapidly growing labor challenges in our Southeast market, we sought out to align with a proven AMR partner that could offer our customers a full-proof solution to help with repetitive low level pallet movements. Our #1 choice was OTTO Motors as their reputation precedes itself with their AMR lineup and experience in the material handling world since 2015.”
“Customers demand exceptional service. We’ve built our OTTO Certified Dealer program like we’ve built our products, with unwavering emphasis on quality to ensure that our customers receive the exceptional service they expect,” said John Stikes, Director of Global Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at OTTO Motors.
Dan Gill, Head of Dealer Relations at OTTO Motors, added: “We have hand-selected the top material handling equipment organizations in the continent to locally deliver the technical support and maintenance needed to deploy, maintain and scale automation systems.”
OTTO Motors designs flexible and intelligent AMRs for industry, with the goal of automating the world’s dullest, dirtiest, and deadliest jobs. Their lineup of AMRs include the newly released OTTO 600, a mid-range AMR that compliments their other models such as the OTTO 100, OTTO 1500, and the OTTO Lifter.
Lee Jones continued. “OTTO Motors’ best-in-class and proven AMR technology comes only 2nd to their customer-first approach, providing a remarkable experience at every opportunity. OTTO Motors has become a key partner for Toyota Material Handling Systems and is helping our customers reduce operational costs, repurpose labor to value-add tasks, and reduce errors as well as accidents.”
